I offer a range of different group yoga classes in Teesside, both indoors and outdoors in the warmer months of the year.

Beginners are welcome in all sessions. If you'd like to move more and flow come to a vinyasa style/flow type class that is more flowing in nature, connecting movement and breath, or there's a more gentle class available which is slower. Or maybe you're looking for a tonic to the busyness of everyday life and would like to try something more meditive like a Yin Yoga class where we nourish deeply with poses held for longer duration's.  Yin is about accepting, allowing, releasing and letting go.

Classes are often to set to themes, following and honoring the different times of year and cycles of nature with a sprinkle of philosophy and sometimes deeper teachings on these areas too. I love to move and dance, free-movement of the body and exploring the body for yourself is actively encouraged in my classes.  I am also very good at going off on a tangent, going with the flow, being creative and having some fun as we learn and grow. I make the sessions accessible to all with lots of options along the way, we are not all one-shape, one-size and part of my teaching is adapting to suit the real bodies we are in. You don't need to be flexible to practice you just need a body and a desire to learn. 

I also provide guided meditations and Yoga Nidra practices.
